Lee is seasoned in all aspects of organizational excellence, including strategy, process improvement, organizational development, change management, customer experience, and program/project management.  He has worked across a range of industry settings, including finance, telecommunications, health care, manufacturing, engineering, and government.

Lee specializes in creating collaborative and grounded strategy, solving dynamic issues and problems, facilitating teams to achieve their goals, and serving as a conduit or force multiplier to improve performance and accelerate planning.  Through this unique set of skills and experiences, he is positioned to bring success and solve difficult problems for clients in any type of situation. 

Lee holds certifications in project management, lean/six sigma, experiential and team building facilitation, and mediation. He has also been a Malcolm Baldrige Examiner for the state of Virginia, including sitting on the state BoD for performance excellence. Lee holds an MS degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a BA from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.

In previous roles, Lee has been responsible for managing all aspects of consulting business. During his time with Major Oak Consulting, he was accountable for oversight of all consulting delivery, business and pipeline development efforts, staffing and recruiting, and team development. He is intimately familiar with what it takes to successfully run and grow a management consulting business/practice and deliver consistently excellent results. Now as founder and managing partner at 16 Points, Lee applies these lessons and skills to deliver bottom line results and make a tangible and lasting impact for clients and those he works with.

Adam Campbell (AC)  has been assisting organizations maximize their true potential across a multitude of industries and operational areas for nearly a decade. Adam possesses expertise in Project Management, Process Improvement, Workforce Management, large-scale Program Management, Customer Experience, technology implementations and call center effectiveness. Adam began his career with Major Oak Consulting alongside Lee Howell and quickly demonstrated himself as both a delivery and thought leader, developing long-lasting client partnerships in which he positioned himself as not only a “consultant,” but trusted advisor. Adam has worked in a variety of industry verticals to include entertainment, healthcare, financial services, technology, medical supply, telecommunications, fleet services and construction. Adam’s attention to detail, coupled with his strong interpersonal skills has proven to be a formula for client success. Prior to his consulting career, Adam served as a Law Enforcement Officer in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina for five years, after graduating from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina in 2007. 

Adam resides in Murrells Inlet, SC with his wife, two daughters, dog and cat and enjoys spending a majority of his time either on or near the water. Adam’s hobbies include traveling, boating, golfing, droning, flight simulation and playing the acoustic guitar.
